SUMMER IS COMING LADIES, if you are looking for something to kick start your training, would like to train in a group to help with motivation to exercise or want something that will help you keep on training after the course is finished. Then why not come along to our All Female Fitness Sessions.
We know you all have different goals, we know how hard it can be to work towards them, we know you like to have a laugh and make new friends.
You don’t have to be fit to come to these classes, they are FOR YOU to IMPROVE YOUR FITNESS and kick start your summer!
8 SESSIONS INCLUDED
EVERY MONDAY 7-8PM & WEDNESDAY 7.30-8.30 PM FOR 4 WEEKS DATES:
30th April and 3rd May,
7th May and 9th May,
14th May and 16th May,
21st May and 23rd May
Designed to get you into training, using drills and exercises that you will enjoy, have fun with and take confidence from.
We will put you through a goal setting lifestyle session which will help you identify the direction you want your training to go in.
Track your progress over the 4 weeks including a closing session to look at what worked well and what exactly you can do to carry those successful habits forward!
